With passion, heart and mind, I support leaders, employees and teams in transformation and change processes and in shaping their success.
I contribute my knowledge and expertise from more than 25 years of professional experience in international corporations. In my roles in operational business and in human resources, I have experienced the challenges for people in companies from various perspectives, worked on them and actively helped to deal with them.
I am convinced that the traditional management-, leadership-, and organizational models are no longer effective - a paradigm shift is needed.
It is time to design the structures, systems and collaboration in companies in such a way that work is meaningful and autonomy, appreciation and development are a matter of course.
